This coffee is a single-origin Peruvian bean from Cajamarca, produced by Roger Chilcon Flores at 1900 meters. It is a washed (wet-processed) Arabica bean with a medium-light roast profile. Flavor notes include Mango, Cantaloupe, and Cashew Butter.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business.
