Processed using a Carbonic Macerated Washed method — pulped cherries are placed in sealed stainless steel tanks infused with CO2, then dried on shaded raised African beds. This lot has won multiple barista championships worldwide, including a 4th-place finish at the 2019 World Barista Championship. Flavor notes include bergamot, strawberry, peach nectarine, vanilla, kiwi, citric, and pomegranate.
