This Panama Geisha is grown by the Suárez family in the El Salto region of Boquete, Chiriquí, at an altitude of 1,500–1,780 meters. Processed using the washed method and sun-dried on raised beds, this coffee offers a classic, crystalline profile. Tasting notes include jasmine, white peach, bergamot, cane sugar, and black tea. It features a delicate, silky body with a clean, tea-like finish and bright citrus acidity. This light roast is recommended for pour-over brewing methods to highlight its floral aromatics and stone fruit clarity.
