This coffee is an Ethiopian single-origin lot from Guji, produced by around 50 smallholder farmers in collaboration with the Bishan Wate Washing Station. Elevation ranges from 1900 to 2350 meters above sea level. Variety: Ethiopian heirloom. Process: Washed (Special Prep). Roasted for: Filter. Tasting notes emphasize bergamot, candied orange, and chamomile with a pronounced sweetness.
