This espresso coffee is an Ethiopian heirloom from the Guji region. It is washed through a traditional process and originates from Bishan Wate Washing Station, produced by about 50 smallholder farmers at elevations of 1900–2350 meters. The bean is described as layered and intense with bergamot, candied orange, and hints of chamomile, noted for a very sweet profile.
