This coffee is a Caturra variety from Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1600-1750 meters. It is processed using a thermal shock washed method at the Piñas Blancas wet mill. The flavor profile features sweet citrus and stone fruit notes, such as nectarine and red cherry, with a brown sugar-like sweetness. This coffee offers a clean, elevated washed profile.
