This single-origin Caturra variety coffee is grown at the La Roca farm in Tolima, Colombia, by producer Jorge Rojas. The coffee undergoes a washed process with an extended fermentation technique where fruit and juice from previous fermentations are added to the pulped coffee to boost microbial activity. This results in a cup with a silky body, tropical fruit notes, and an aroma reminiscent of sweet wine. It offers a bright, sweet, and fruity flavor profile.
