This coffee is sourced from Nima Tenzing Sherpa of Lekali Estate in the Nuwakot District of Nepal. Grown at an altitude of 1,250 to 1,350 meters, this lot consists of Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra varieties. It is a natural processed coffee that offers a complex flavor profile featuring notes of cherry jam, peach, and black tea. The cup is characterized by a silky body and a lingering, complex aftertaste, benefiting from the unique microclimate of the region.
