This single-origin coffee is produced by Mr. Mengeche Derso in the Gedeo Zone of the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2200-2300 meters, this Ethiopian heirloom variety is processed using the natural method. The cup profile is elegant and floral, featuring distinct notes of hibiscus, red apple, and brown sugar, characterized by a sparkling acidity. This coffee is specifically roasted for filter brewing methods.
