About This Coffee

This Pink Bourbon variety coffee is grown by Marlon Bolaños at the Three Coffee Farmers farm in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, at an altitude of 1670 meters. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic honey process, involving a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation in whole cherries, followed by pulping and another 48-hour anaerobic fermentation in mucilage, then 20 days of sun drying.
