This single-origin coffee is a washed Pacas variety grown by smallholder farmers in the Comayagua region of Honduras at an altitude of approximately 1,450 meters. It offers a juicy and balanced profile with distinct tasting notes of red grapes, ripe plum, and a delicate hint of rooibos tea in the finish. This coffee is specifically roasted for espresso preparation and performs well both as a straight shot and in milk-based drinks.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
