Las Amapolas is a single-origin coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown at altitudes between 1,350 and 2,000 meters. This Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) selection consists of Caturra and Catuaí varieties. The coffee is washed and sun-dried on patios for 15 days. It features a bright, complex profile with flavor notes of dark chocolate and honey, characterized by vibrant citric acidity and a rich, fruitful aroma.
As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
