This washed coffee from Loja, Ecuador, produced by Jose Jijón at Fincas del Putushio, is Typica Mejorado and grown at around 2222 MASL. It features a refined floral profile with notes of jasmine, white peach, and honey, plus citrus and a tea-like finish. The coffee undergoes 24 hours of dry fermentation and thorough rinsing before drying.
