This single-origin coffee from Finca Soledad in Intag Valley, Imbabura, Ecuador uses Typica Mejorado and the Wave Washed processing. Flavor notes include white peach, white grape, citrus, honey and jasmine, with a delicate, floral cup and a clean finish. Altitude around 1,500–1,700 m.a.s.l.; roasted for versatility between filter and espresso.
