Ixlama is a balanced coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Produced by over 100 family farmers in the municipalities of San Pedro Necta and La Libertad, this coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,524 and 1,830 meters. It is a blend of Bourbon and Caturra varieties that undergoes a washed process, including sun-drying on cement patios and finishing in traditional guardiolas. The flavor profile is characterized by smooth, sweet, crisp, bright, and rich notes.
