Tanat Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is grown on the slopes of Mount Elgon in eastern Uganda, an extinct volcano providing a fertile environment for Arabica cultivation. The lot consists of three varieties: Nyasaland, SL14, and SL28. It is processed using the washed method, which enhances the clarity and aromatic structure of the cup. The flavor profile is dense and gourmet, featuring notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and orange, with a brown sugar sweetness and a gentle acidity.
