This coffee is a Caturra Chiroso variety from the El Susurro farm in Urrao, Colombia, grown at an altitude of 2000 meters. It is a washed coffee processed using a unique layering technique where cherries are depulped daily and added to previous batches throughout the week before being washed. The flavor profile features notes of peach, dulce de leche, orange, cassis, cantaloupe, and green apple, characterized by a creamy body and bright acidity.
