This Guatemalan Sidra coffee is a single-origin, honey-processed coffee from Finca La Hermosa in Acatenango, Guatemala. Sidra is noted for a medium body and bright, balanced acidity, with notes of red fruits, honey, and citrus. Farm details include mineral-rich volcanic soil, 1,000 mm annual rainfall, and 21°C average temperature; Acatenango has a Designation of Origin. Horus: Sidra variety grown at 1,800–2,200 MASL.
Founded in 2009 by Kaelin McCowan in a back alley in Dundas, Ontario, Detour Coffee Roasters was born from a passion for the craft.
