This Geisha variety coffee is produced by Gabriel Lamounier Vieira at Fazenda Guariroba in the Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil. Grown at an altitude of 1100 meters, this coffee undergoes an anaerobic fermented pulp natural process, utilizing inoculated yeast to enhance complexity. The flavor profile is vibrant and floral, featuring distinct notes of lemongrass, jasmine, and black tea, with a hint of Sichuan pepper and a lingering citrus finish. It is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
