This coffee is a Geisha variety from Finca Rosma, located in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Founded in 1963 by Alejandro Morales, the farm is currently managed by the Morales family. This washed coffee offers a delicate flavor profile featuring notes of jasmine and lemon, providing an elegant acidity. As the cup cools, it develops sweetness with apricot notes and a silky texture reminiscent of almond milk, resulting in a balanced, floral, and bright coffee.
