This coffee is a washed process selection from the Rumudamo Washing Station in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,800 and 2,000 meters, it features traditional landrace varieties. The cup profile is bright and floral, characterized by elegant acidity and refined sweetness with tasting notes of elderflower, bergamot, and prune. This coffee offers a clean, tea-like character and a crisp finish, reflecting the high-altitude terroir of the region.
