This Ethiopia Guji Shakiso Gigesa G1 is a natural processed coffee from the Danbi Uddo Kebele in the Guji Zone. Grown at altitudes between 1,850 and 2,100 meters, this coffee is sourced from the Gigesa washing station, which collects cherries from over 500 local smallholder farmers. The beans are meticulously dried on raised beds for 15 to 18 days. It features a flavor profile characterized by sweet notes of blackberry jam, blueberry, and a buttery body.
