This organic coffee is produced by the Aredo family at the Kayon Mountain farm in the Shakiso region of Guji, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 1900–2200 meters, this coffee consists of local heirloom varieties. It is a natural processed coffee, dried on raised beds. The flavor profile is fruity and elegant, featuring distinct notes of bergamot, strawberry jam, and vanilla.
