Produced by Elto Coffee, specifically Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, this coffee features a complex flavor profile with notes of raspberry, guava, and Earl Grey. It is characterized by its jammy fruit sweetness and pleasant acidity. When brewed as a filter, it offers floral aromas and preserved berry flavors, while as an espresso, it reveals juicy guava notes and a creamy body.
