About This Coffee

This washed coffee is sourced from the Aricha community in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1950 meters. The coffee consists of Ethiopia landrace varieties and is processed at the Idido washing station, where it undergoes 48 to 72 hours of fermentation followed by drying on raised beds. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of black tea, passionfruit, and marshmallow.
