About This Coffee

This coffee is a Gesha variety grown at the El Higueron family farm in the Huila region of Colombia, near San Agustín. The coffee cherries are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, sealed in bags for 18–20 hours, depulped, washed, and dried in open-air plastic-roofed driers for 18–26 days. It offers a flavor profile characterized by a floral bouquet, bright acidity reminiscent of lemongrass and oranges, and an intense honey-like sweetness.
