This Gesha coffee is produced by Eduardo Anacona at Finca La Colorada, located in the Villa María vereda of Íquira, Huila, Colombia. Grown at altitudes up to 2,150 meters, the cherries are hand-picked, depulped, and undergo a 40-hour dry fermentation in cement tanks before being fully washed and dried under parabolic shade for three weeks. This coffee features a flavor profile characterized by sparkling pink lemonade, elegant florals, and ripe berry notes.
