This single-origin coffee is produced by Juan Jimenez on his 16-hectare farm, El Porvenir, located in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. The coffee is of the Gesha variety and is processed using the washed method. It is grown at an elevation of 1800 meters. The flavor profile features notes of sweet tea, orange, almond, and rose hip. This coffee is roasted to an ultra-light level, making it suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
