This single-origin coffee is produced at Finca El Diviso in the Huila region of Colombia at 1800 meters altitude. The coffee is the Typica Mejorado variety and undergoes a Thermal Shock Washed process. It features a bright, fruit-forward flavor profile with distinct notes of watermelon, lychee, and a soft yogurt tang. This light roast is recommended for filter brewing methods such as pour-over or V60.
