This coffee is a Typica Mejorado variety from Finca El Diviso in the Huila region of Colombia, produced by Nestor Lasso at an altitude of 1,820 meters. It undergoes a complex thermal shock washed process involving oxidative, anaerobic, and submerged fermentation with mossto. The flavor profile features notes of sweet tea, lychee, blackberry, and sweet orange. This is a light roast coffee.
