El Chapo is a washed processed, single origin coffee produced by Cadefihuila in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1600 masl in rich volcanic soil. Varieties include Colombia, Caturra, Castillo, and Cenicafe 1. Roasted to a medium level, it offers rich, sweet, syrupy tasting notes of fudge, carob, hazelnut, and maple syrup.
