This Gesha coffee is produced by the Lamastus family at El Burro Estate in the Boquete region of Panama. Grown at an altitude of 1500-1750 meters in volcanic soil near the Baru Volcano National Park, this coffee is processed using the natural method. The flavor profile features floral notes, raspberry, mango, guava, and sangria, with a smooth, chocolatey body. The extended ripening time in the high-altitude, lush environment contributes to its distinct and complex character.
Black & White is the realization of barista champions Kyle Ramage and Lem Butler’s ambition to democratize elite‑level coffee. They manage a dedicated roastery since 2017, roasting four days per week.
