This Gesha coffee is produced by the Lamastus family at Finca Elida in Boquete, Panama. Grown in the volcanic soils of the Baru Volcano National Park, this lot undergoes an innovative ASD (Anaerobic Slow Dry) Washed process, combining anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks with a prolonged, temperature-controlled drying period of up to 60 days. The result is a refined and complex cup featuring delicate floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom, with vibrant notes of strawberry, cherry, honey peach, and green tea, culminating in a velvety finish.
