This coffee is a natural processed, Swiss Water decaffeinated Arabica from the Suke Quto farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia. It features landrace varieties and is roasted to a moderate level by Onyx Coffee Lab. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of apple, orange, and baker's chocolate, with a silky body. It is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
