About This Coffee

This organic, decaffeinated coffee originates from the Guji region in southern Ethiopia, specifically from the village of Dimtu Tora. Processed at the Hambela Wamena washing station, the coffee is naturally dried and decaffeinated using the ethyl acetate (EA) method, which preserves the bean's original flavor profile. Grown at an altitude of 1950-2100 meters, this coffee offers a mild and balanced cup with distinct tasting notes of milk chocolate, citrus, and nuts.
