This is a Typica coffee from Nogales, grown in Huila, Colombia, at 1,900 meters above sea level. It is decaffeinated at the farm using a hot-water process and reinfused with fermented mosto to restore sweetness and body. The lot is Nispero, produced through direct trade with Nogales. The coffee is washed, decaf with mosto, and sold as a 100 g roastery roast.
