The Caturra variety is processed using a washed method with an innovative fermentation step involving 'mosto' (coffee cherry juice). This coffee offers a vibrant, tropical profile with tasting notes of red grape, lychee, passion fruit, and citrus, balanced by a creamy, silky body.
