This single-origin coffee is sourced from approximately 600 smallholder farmers in the Chelbesa kebele of Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2,160 meters, the coffee consists of Wolisho, Dega, and Kurume cultivars. It is processed using a 72-hour wet fermentation method, followed by washing and drying on raised beds. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of white wine, lime blossom, and a zesty quality. The beans are small, compact, and dense, resulting in a floral and potent cup.
