This coffee is a single-origin lot from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, specifically from the Gedeb and Chelbesa Danche areas. Grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 2,110 meters, this coffee consists of Mixed Heirloom and Ethiopian Landrace varieties, including Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho. It undergoes an extended 84–96 hour anaerobic fermentation followed by a double wash process. The resulting cup is clean and complex, featuring distinct flavor notes of bergamot, white nectarine, and Earl Grey tea.
