This coffee originates from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude around 1900 meters. The San Isidro 48 varietal is used, and the lot underwent a natural anaerobic processing to enhance fruity sweetness while maintaining clarity in the cup. In the cup, expect notes of dark cherries and ripe strawberries, complemented by cacao nibs and molasses, with a dense, rounded body and a long, balanced finish.
