This Costa Rica coffee comes from Finca La Julia in the Central Valley, grown at 1,400–1,600 meters on the San Isidro variety (a Sarchimor hybrid). Processed with Alma Negra, a Natural method where cherries cure in a greenhouse and on raised beds with sun exposure. Cup notes include cooked grape, mellow caramel, winey acidity, and candy-like sweetness.
