This coffee is a single-origin Red Catuai variety from the Don Kazu farm in the Boquete region of Costa Rica. Grown at an altitude of 2000 meters, this coffee is processed using the natural method. It features a distinct flavor profile characterized by notes of peach, pomegranate, dried dates, and chocolate.
