It is a Catuai variety processed using the Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) method, which involves anaerobic fermentation followed by a 45–60 day slow drying period. The cup offers a rich and complex profile with flavor notes of cherry, pomegranate, and dark chocolate, characterized by lively acidity and a full, rounded body.
