Produced by Luis Aníbal Calderón, the cherries undergo a 45-hour aerobic fermentation followed by a natural drying process on parabolic dryers. This complex coffee offers a full body and vibrant, juicy acidity with distinct flavor notes of cherry cola, papaya, and acai.
