Colombia Risaralda Milan “Agi Culturing” is a single-origin coffee from Colombia’s Risaralda region. Processed using the Culturing fermentation method developed by Milan Farm, it employs a starter culture and controlled fermentation to develop unique flavors. The lot undergoes flotation sorting, pulping with mucilage, and fermentation for 144 hours, followed by roughly 25 days of sun drying and 5 days of mechanical drying, then a 30-day stabilization. Tasting notes listed include Bubble Gum, Grape, Aloe, Bright, and Juicy.
