This coffee is a Caturra variety from Finca Milán in the Risaralda region of Colombia, grown at 1,500 meters altitude. It undergoes an innovative anaerobic co-fermentation process where the coffee cherries ferment with orange and pineapple must for over 144 hours, followed by 25 days of bed drying and mechanical finishing. The resulting cup features a sweet, fruity profile with distinct notes of mandarin orange, orange blossom, milk chocolate, cinnamon, and a soft tropical character. This light roast is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
