This single-origin coffee is produced by the Hernández family at the Nogales farm in the Huila region of Colombia, at an altitude of 1900 meters. The Typica variety is processed using a washed method with advanced fermentation, involving a seven-day fermentation with selected yeasts. The cup profile features balanced notes of dried fruit, citrus-like acidity, and banana, with a pronounced bubble-gum aroma. This coffee is noted for its complex and expressive character resulting from innovative processing techniques.
