It features the rare Ombligón variety and undergoes an advanced natural process involving oxidation in mosto, thermal shock, and anaerobic fermentation with brewer's yeast. The resulting cup is fruit-forward with distinct tasting notes of Watermelon Jolly Rancher, peach, and white sugar.
