It undergoes a specialized 'Elixir' processing method involving thermal fusion, controlled fermentation with 'mosto', and sun-drying on raised beds. The flavor profile is vibrant and refined, featuring notes of apricot, floral nuances, lemongrass, orange, and a creamy finish.
