About This Coffee

This coffee features the Chiroso variety from Finca Lomaverde in Antioquia, Colombia. Grown by Pedro Echavarría and family, it underwent a 48-hour fermentation and was slowly dried under greenhouse conditions to develop sweetness and complexity. It is described as intensely aromatic with jammy fruit notes, earthy tea characters, and a silky sweetness that lingers in the cup.
